Luke joined IWCO Direct in June 2007 as Vice President Operations – New York and assumed his current role in March 2009. Luke came to IWCO Direct from Personix (formerly Jerome Group) where he served as Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Personix, Luke spent seven years as Vice President at Direct Solutions in London, UK and has extensive experience with agencies in the UK that specialize in loyalty and fulfillment programs. During more than 15 years in the direct marketing industry, he has developed broad experience with lean manufacturing techniques, production workflow, litho and digital print, laser and inkjet personalization, fulfillment, logistics, and distribution. Luke has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelors degree in Economics from Central England University, UK.
