Chanhassen, Minn. (January 7, 2002) — The Instant Web Companies, a combination printing, envelope conversion and mailing services company, announced that Tom Wicka will join Instant Web as Executive Vice President–Sales, effective January 7, 2002.

Tom brings an exceptional track record in successful sales strategies, sales close ratio, defining unarticulated customer needs and customer collaboration to this important leadership role. In his role at Instant Web, Tom will continue to seek innovative solutions for customers and prospects, and will articulate Instant Web’s total package value proposition to the marketplace.

For the past 11 years, he worked with Banta Direct Marketing serving in several capacities including sales, regional sales in New York City and Washington, D.C., and regional sales management for the Twin Cities sales force. Tom resides in Minneapolis with his wife, Angie, and son, Nash.

In related developments, Jim Wicka and John Wicka will join Instant Web as Sales Executives, and Mike Ertel will join the company in the newly created position of Sales Service Manager, effective January 7.
