New signs for United Mailing and Instant Web
signify unified IWCO entity

Chanhassen, MN (July 15, 2002) — The Instant Web Companies’ (IWCO) Chanhassen facilities on Powers Boulevard and Park Road received new signage today. Exterior signs at Instant Web Inc. and United Mailing are being updated to reflect “IWCO.” The name change does not represent a change in the business – instead the change represents IWCO’s unique position in the marketplace as a provider of integrated solutions for direct marketers.

IWCO is a combination printing, envelope conversion and mailing services company with facilities in Chanhassen and Little Falls, MN. IWCO formerly operated as three separate companies — Instant Web, Inc., Victory Envelope, Inc., and United Mailing, Inc. — but in recent years has consolidated the operating units to meet the needs of the marketplace for supply chain management and strategic partnerships.

“Like Federal Express recognizing that everyone referred to them as FedEx, we elected to change the signage to IWCO since that’s how our clients refer to us,” said Jim Andersen, President and CEO.

IWCO’s Chanhassen campus features litho, flexo and plastics printing, envelope converting, data processing, personalization and mailing services. The campus is unique in the industry in providing clients with one location that can produce and mail all the components of direct mail packages
