AVISTA CAPITAL PARTNERS COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF A CONTROLLING INTEREST IN IWCO DIRECT

Chanhassen, MN (August 7, 2007) – IWCO Direct, the nation’s leading provider of integrated direct mail production services and solutions, announced that Avista Capital Partners has completed its acquisition of a controlling interest in IWCO Direct from Court Square Capital Partners, effective today.  IWCO Direct’s executive management team continues to operate the company and remains meaningful shareholders. IWCO Direct anticipates continued growth, which will include strategic acquisitions and expansion of its integrated services platform into the western part of the U.S.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
